The Associated Parent Teacher Council is an active and vital volunteer committee with representation on the school's Board of Directors. Every parent is already a member and is encouraged to attend all PTC meetings. Our mission is to advocate for the health, safety, education, social and spiritual well-being of AHS students. We are committed to enhancing the school experience by raising significant amounts of funds that finance curricular and non-curricular support activities or purchases, including educational materials, equipment, services and programmes. Your PTC is a vital force in our school community. Thank you for your support and participation in PTC fundraising initiatives! Because of you, we are able to continue being on the look out for new ways to help our faculty, students, and their families! See what we've done for Associated!
You're already a member of the PTC ! Getting started volunteering with us is simple. We are continually on the lookout for wonderful parent and grandparent volunteers to help out in any of our many initiatives. Letting us know you're interested is easy. Just look through our list of programmes, choose the one that's right for you and e-mail the programme chair. You may also volunteer anytime by e-mailing our President Jodi Gottesman. Volunteer forms are sent out by your Branch Liaisons in the spring and fall. Speaking to your school Liaison is another way to get the ball rolling.
