Please complete this form if you’d like to pre-pay for milk at lunchtime at a cost of $1 per day - $100 for the year. You also have the option to order milk on Fridays only at a cost of $25 for the year. The price is the same for both white and chocolate milk; please indicate your choice on the form.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or credits for missed days.

This program runs at lunchtime from October 31, 2022 to June 16, 2023 inclusive.

Subject to availability, milk will be available to purchase from June 19 until the end of the school year.

Note that milk is not available on the following dates:

Wednesdays (Meat Day)
January 9 and 10 (after winter break)
February 21 (after mid-winter break)
March 7 (12:00 noon closing)
April 3 (before Passover break)
April 17 and 18 (after Passover break)
May 9 (Lag Ba’Omer)

If you do not wish to order milk for the entire year, your child may bring $1 to buy milk or chocolate milk on any day at lunchtime, subject to availability.
